STEP är ett skräddarsytt teamutvecklingsprogram för startups, baserat på forskning om entreprenörskap och psykologi, som stöttar uppbyggnad av högpresterande och välfungerande entreprenöriella team. Detta genom fokus på både individens och teamets utveckling. Programmet har utvecklat konkreta verktyg för att hjälpa startupteam att arbeta med beteendevetenskap, HR och självledarskap.

Sedan hösten 2020 har över 50 personer utbildat sig STEP facilitator för att möta bolagens behov och utveckla fler växande bolag. Tillsammans har de använt STEP-konceptet på cirka 800 entreprenörer genom 200 team. Konceptutvecklingen har skett i nära samarbete med startupteamen, affärsutvecklare på inkubatorer och science parks samt i samverkan med ett internationellt forskarteam inom entreprenörskap och psykologi.
STEP Teamutvecklingsprogram är en utbildning där affärsutvecklare/affärscoacher får lära sig att identifiera utmaningar hos teamen och använda STEPs verktyg för att lösa dessa. Nu möjliggör vi för fler av SISPs medlemmar att använda sig av detta framgångsrika koncept.
Genom insatsen får affärsutvecklarna lära sig att dels identifiera utmaningarna hos bolagen utifrån ett teamutvecklingsperspektiv och sedan matcha de mot lämpliga verktyg. Allt syftar till att skapa förutsättningar för välfungerande, högpresterande och lönsamma bolag.
Hittills har startups erbjudits affärsutveckling inom teknik ekonomi och marknadsföring, fokus på affärsplanen, men inte HR. Ett fungerande team är en av de viktigaste delarna för att lyckas eller inte. Utifrån ett investerarperspektiv – är teamet avgörande för om företaget kommer att lyckas.
Många entreprenörer tycker om att klona sig själva när de anställer, medan företag mår bäst av att ha olika kompetenser och personlighetstyper som kompletterar varandra. SISP erbjuder därför ett teamutvecklingsprogram med skräddarsydda team-workshops: Startup Team Entrepreneurship Program - STEP.

Vi är övertygade om att alla organisationer behöver olika stöd i en utvecklingsprocess. Därför behovsanpassas och individualiseras innehållet och coachningen utifrån de organisationer som antas. Under programmet utmanar vi traditionella arbetssätt. Vi kommer att skapa förutsättningar för att ni på hemmaplan kan implementera metoderna, samt förankra behovet av arbetet på ledningsnivå.

STEP PROGRAM 2024
Since the fall of 2020, over 50 individuals have been trained as STEP facilitator through a 'train the trainer' concept.
Through training, the business developer/business coach learns to identify challenges within the teams and use STEPs tools to solve them. This aims to create better conditions for well-functioning, high-performance, and profitable companies.
Who can apply for the program?
While the program primarily targets innovation and business promotion organizations such as incubators, science parks, and innovation offices, we welcome applications from other companies and organizations that seek to improve team development.
